Nathaniel Martello-White is an award winning actor-writer-director. He is currently working on a feature film adaptation of his play TORN (Royal Court Theatre) with The Bureau, called DUMBARTON ROAD, which is being financed by Film 4/BFI. He is also working on a TV adaptation of his first play BLACKTA (Young Vic Theatre) with Dancing Ledge Productions. Nathaniel is writing a theatre adaptation of his award winning short film CLA’AM (premiered at SXSW and won Best UK short at Raindance) for Headlong and a new play for the Royal Court.
As an actor, Nathaniel has recently filmed in Steve McQueen’s SMALL AXE for BBC1/Amazon and I HATE SUZIE for Sky.
