The first of his family to be born away from ‘Eire’, Eoin has always been the black sheep of the Doran clan. Lost somewhere in between his two hometowns; Donegal and London, he found himself at The National Film and Television School where he graduated with an MA in Screenwriting. Whilst at the school he focused on television pilot; DYING BREED, feature film; WATCHING THE O’NEILLS and developed several short films and theatre pieces. He is currently developing a number of television projects and was selected for the C21 International Drama Script Competition and for the C21 Future Showrunners Masterclass series for his pilot THE COLOUR OF BLOOD AND MONEY. He recently completed his short THE PASSENGER which was selected for the BBC NFTS Greenlight Scheme and was produced by which Miranda Ballesteros and directed by Roland Kennedy. Eoin is currently developing several films ideas which he plans to direct.
